2. Description of Service

ProxyNexa resells access to proxy servers (IPv4, IPv4 Shared, IPv6, and MTProto) sourced from upstream infrastructure providers. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with any specific upstream network operator.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our proxies to:

  • Engage in any illegal activity under applicable law.
  • Send spam, phishing content, or unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Attempt to access systems or accounts without authorization.
  • Distribute malware or conduct denial-of-service attacks.
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Harass, threaten, or exploit any individual, including minors.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Payments and Wallet Balance

Purchases are paid from your wallet balance, which you fund via Binance Pay. Deposits are manually verified before being credited. All prices are shown in USDT and include our service markup over the underlying provider cost.

6. Service Availability

Proxy availability, pricing, and coverage depend on our upstream provider and may change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProxyNexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraudulent activity.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
