How do I pay?

Add funds to your wallet via Binance Pay (send to our Binance Pay ID with your deposit reference), then purchase proxies directly from your wallet balance — no per-order payment needed.

How long does it take to get my proxy after payment?

Deposits are manually confirmed, usually within a few minutes to a few hours. Once your wallet is funded, buying a proxy delivers it to your dashboard instantly.

What proxy types do you offer?

IPv4, IPv4 Shared, IPv6, and MTProto (Telegram-only) proxies, across the countries currently available from our provider.

Can I get a refund?

Because proxies are provisioned instantly on purchase, sales are generally final — see our Refund Policy for the specific cases we do cover (like non-delivery or a genuinely faulty proxy).

How do I check if my proxy is working?

Go to My Proxies in your dashboard and click "Check Proxy" next to any proxy for an instant status check.
