Refund Policy

Last updated: 9/1/2026

1. General Policy

Because proxies are digital goods that are provisioned and paid for from our upstream provider immediately upon purchase, all sales are final once a proxy has been successfully delivered to your dashboard. We encourage you to test with a small quantity before making a larger purchase.

2. Non-Delivery

If your wallet balance was charged but the proxy purchase failed on our end (for example, due to a temporary provider issue), the charged amount is automatically refunded to your wallet balance. You do not need to contact support for this — it happens immediately as part of the order process.

3. Non-Working Proxies

If a proxy you purchased is not working, use the "Check Proxy" button on your dashboard to confirm its status, then contact support with your order reference. If we confirm the proxy is genuinely non-functional due to a fault on the provider's side (not due to normal expiry, IP blacklisting by a third-party website, or misuse), we will replace it or issue wallet credit at our discretion.

4. Wallet Deposits

Wallet deposits are confirmed manually after we verify your Binance Pay payment. Deposits that have already been confirmed and credited to your wallet balance are not refundable to your original payment method, but the balance itself remains usable for future purchases at any time.

5. Not Covered

  • Proxies blocked or blacklisted by third-party websites or services you use them with.
  • Proxies that expired normally at the end of their purchased duration.
  • Issues arising from misuse in violation of our Terms of Use.
  • Change of mind after a proxy has been successfully delivered.

6. How to Request a Refund/Replacement

Contact support with your order reference number (e.g. PXN-10001) and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
